These terms govern use of PromptPak, a purchase-order intake and fulfillment workbench for teams.
Use of the service
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting only authorized users, and reviewing extracted order data before exporting or fulfilling it.
Customer and order data
PromptPak stores team, catalog, order, source-document, review, and export records so your team can operate and audit fulfillment workflows.
AI extraction
Uploaded or pasted purchase orders may be sent to configured extraction providers to produce structured line items. Operators must review results before relying on them.
